Project enquiries

Submitting a brief requests a review. It does not place an order, reserve capacity, or create a payment obligation. We confirm whether and how we can support the project.

Scope and quotations

The service scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or change conditions are agreed for each project before paid work begins. Quotations explain included and additional costs.

Displayed service fees

Standard sourcing is 8% of product value, with a minimum fee of US$100 per project. Simple repeat orders are 5%, with the same minimum, for unchanged products from the same supplier previously managed by TMD. Quality inspections, packaging, fulfillment, shipping, and complex projects are quoted separately.

Product and shipment decisions

Product specifications, samples, important changes, and shipment decisions require the agreed approvals. Inspection findings apply to the stated scope and coverage; an inspection is not a guarantee that every unit is free from defects.
