PACKAGING & FULFILLMENT

Product packaging & e-commerce fulfillment in China

Coordinate product packaging, labeling, bundles, and e-commerce order preparation with a clear handover from your supplier.

Who we help: brands, retailers, and e-commerce sellers who need products prepared and orders fulfilled from China.

How we help

01

Confirm your requirements

Review packaging specifications, label files, component lists, destination, and sales-channel requirements.

02

Check incoming goods

Record the agreed receiving information and flag visible discrepancies for follow-up.

03

Prepare the products

Arrange agreed labeling, repacking, bundling, and packing checks.

04

Fulfill and hand over

Prepare orders and coordinate shipment information, exceptions, and the carrier handover.

What you receive

  • A packaging and preparation brief
  • Agreed receiving and stock records
  • Packing or labeling check photographs
  • Order and shipment handover information

What to share with us

  • Product dimensions, weight, and quantities
  • Packaging artwork and label requirements
  • Expected order volume and delivery destinations

Treat packaging as part of the product specification.

Confirm the retail pack, protective materials, master carton, quantity per carton and label placement before preparation begins. A pack may look right yet be the wrong size for a bundle or unsuitable for the shipping method. Where custom printing is involved, use an approved artwork file and revision to prevent old designs from being reused.

Give every bundle and label an unambiguous instruction.

For a set with multiple components, define the contents by item and quantity. Include a packing reference, placement instructions and a way to identify different variants. Barcode and sales-channel files should come from the buyer’s current requirements. Confirm any special preparation needs before sending products for processing.

Connect incoming goods to outgoing orders.

Fulfillment planning needs product dimensions and weight, expected order volumes, destination countries and the intended shipping service. Agree receiving records, stock handling, packing operations and how exceptions such as missing components or damaged packaging will be reported. Storage, materials, pick-and-pack work and freight can have separate cost drivers.

A practical project checklist

  • SKU or item reference for every product variant
  • Retail pack, master carton and quantity per pack
  • Approved artwork, label files and revision date
  • Bundle contents and packing reference photographs
  • Order volumes, destinations and shipment handover method
  • Required stock records and exception reporting

Packaging & fulfillment questions

Can I use packaging or fulfillment without sourcing?

Yes. Tell us about your products, suppliers, and required operations, and we will confirm the service scope.

How are materials, storage, and shipping charged?

We quote the operations and materials your project needs. Storage and shipping are confirmed separately so you can see what is included.

Can you prepare goods from more than one supplier?

We can assess the receiving and preparation work together. Share the supplier locations, expected arrival dates, product quantities and bundle requirements.

Do you guarantee acceptance by a marketplace or fulfillment center?

Acceptance depends on the current requirements of the destination and sales channel. Provide those requirements for review; specific preparation and checks must be agreed.
