A few pricing questions, answered.
Is the US$50 minimum an extra charge?
No. You pay the percentage fee or US$50, whichever is higher. For example, a US$1,000 standard purchase has a US$80 service fee, not US$130. The percentage applies to product value; separately quoted shipping, duties and taxes are excluded.
What counts as a standard project?
A clearly defined purchase of a regular product from one final supplier. Product development, extensive customization and complex multi-product or multi-supplier projects receive a separate quote before paid work begins.
When do I need to pay?
Your initial consultation and quotation are free. If you decide to proceed, we confirm the work, service fee and payment arrangements before paid work begins. Samples, development or other separately quoted work require your approval first.
