HOW WE WORK
A clear process. A team beside you.
Every project has different details. The way we work stays consistent: clear requirements, agreed responsibilities, and visible progress.
01
Tell us about your project
Share your product, quantity, destination, and where you are in the process. A reference link or sample specification is a useful starting point.
02
Agree on the scope and fees
We confirm deliverables, responsibilities, and costs before paid work starts.
03
Work through each milestone
We coordinate the agreed sourcing, samples, purchasing, checks, and preparation. You approve specifications, samples, and important changes.
04
Prepare for delivery and beyond
Review the agreed checks, packing, and shipment arrangements. We hand over available records and coordinate agreed follow-up.
Agree who does what at each milestone.
| Milestone | TMD’s agreed coordination work | Your key decision |
|---|---|---|
| Product brief | Clarify requirements and open questions | Approve the specification and priorities |
| Supplier & samples | Compare quotations and arrange sample feedback | Select the supplier and approve the sample version |
| Purchase & production | Follow agreed milestones and raise issues | Approve order terms and material changes |
| Quality review | Arrange scoped checks and share findings | Decide on corrections, acceptance or reinspection |
| Shipment preparation | Coordinate packing and the selected transport route | Confirm the shipping scope and unresolved issues |
This is a planning framework. The quotation and order documents define the responsibilities for your actual project.
Build a timeline from confirmed inputs.
Product complexity, stock availability, samples, tooling, packaging and production capacity affect the schedule. Start with the required arrival date and work backward through transport, checks, production and sample approval. Ask which dates are confirmed and which depend on another decision. We do not publish one delivery promise for every product.
Keep one version of the approved requirements.
For each approval, record the product or sample reference, revision date, decision and any remaining condition. If a supplier proposes a change, review its impact on price, quality and timing before accepting it. A simple written approval record is more useful than an assumption spread across several messages.
Before we get started.
What if I do not know my final order quantity?
Send an estimate or a range. The supplier MOQ and pricing can then be discussed against a realistic starting point.
When are service fees confirmed?
We confirm the service scope and fees before paid work begins. Standard sourcing is 8% and unchanged repeat orders are 5%, both with a US$100 minimum per project.
Can I start with only one part of the process?
Yes. Tell us whether you need sourcing, supplier follow-up, inspection, packaging or shipping, and we will assess that scope.
