Our project form collects your email, project description, quantity, destination, and service needs. You may also provide your name, company, and timing. Please do not submit confidential drawings or sensitive personal information in the initial form.

How we use it

We use project briefs to review requirements, prepare quotations, and communicate about requested services. Submitting a project does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website operation

Submissions are stored in our WordPress database and may be sent to our service mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Server logs may include connection addresses and request times. Administrator login uses cookies.

External services

General logistics imagery is served by Unsplash. Following email or WhatsApp links opens a separate service subject to its own policies.

Retention and requests

We retain information for project review and related follow-up. Contact us to ask about your submission, correct information, or request deletion. Active project records and applicable recordkeeping obligations may need separate handling.
